Getting Started

How do I unlock a stock?

Navigate to the stocks page, search for a stock, and click the "Unlock Stock" button. Each unlock costs 1 credit and grants you access to that stock's reports for one month.

What are credits and how do I get them?

Credits are used to unlock stocks. Free tier users receive 2 credits per month. Trader, Pro, and Enterprise plans receive more credits. You can also purchase credit packs for additional unlocks.

How long do I have access to an unlocked stock?

When you unlock a stock, you have access until the same day of the next month (e.g., unlock on Jan 5th → access until Feb 5th). You can enable auto-sync to automatically renew access each month.

Understanding Reports

What do the scores mean?

Scores range from 0-10. Higher scores indicate better performance. Overall scores combine company metrics (profitability, financial health) with macroeconomic factors (business activity, price/labor capacity).

How often are reports updated?

Reports are generated monthly using the latest available data from EDGAR (SEC filings) and FRED (Federal Reserve economic data). New reports are typically available within 24-48 hours of data publication.

Can I compare multiple stocks?

Yes! Use the Comparison page to compare up to 4 stocks side-by-side. You can compare scores, metrics, and trends across different companies.

Account & Billing

How do I upgrade my plan?

Visit the Subscriptions page to view available plans and upgrade. You can upgrade at any time, and your new plan benefits will be available immediately.

What happens to my unlocked stocks if I cancel?

You'll retain access to stocks you've already unlocked until their access window expires. You won't be able to unlock new stocks without an active subscription.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to your Account page to view subscription details, update payment methods, or cancel your subscription. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Portfolios & Features

How many portfolios can I create?

Portfolio limits depend on your plan: Free (0), Trader (3), Pro (6), Enterprise (12). The watchlist is always available regardless of plan.

What is auto-sync?

Auto-sync automatically renews your stock unlocks each month when they expire. You can enable it globally in settings or per-stock on the reports page. Each renewal costs 1 credit.

Can I export my data?

Currently, data export is available for Enterprise plan users. Contact support if you need data export capabilities on other plans.
